HOC Air Dryer

HOC Air Dryers are an energy-efficient solution for industrial drying needs, requiring low maintenance and low costs compared to conventional methods. Introduced in the 1960s, these regenerative dryers recycle generated heat to complete repetitive cycles of drying, achieving large-scale heating at a fraction of the cost of alternative methods. The system uses a desiccant to absorb moisture and keep the air dry for the next cycle. The desiccant helps achieve dew points, ranging from -40°C to -60°C, ensuring dryness. The system uses an oil-free compressor, making it more efficient and reliable.

The hot air is introduced into the system at temperatures ranging from 140°C to 220°C, and the system uses automated valves controlled by programmable logic controllers. This ensures a steady supply of hot air to the chamber, minimizing pressure drops and eliminating the need for constant pressurization. The design and simplicity of the machinery minimize the chance of breakdown, ensuring long, reliable, and trouble-free operation with low maintenance. The long-lasting desiccants also reduce the dependence on the electrical heater. Automated systems help ensure accuracy and remote monitoring of the process.
